When your bump decides to make an appearance there’s no hiding it – not even for those A-listers. It has been reported that actress Penelope Cruz has had to call in the help of her sister Monica for the filming of the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean Film – Penelope is five months pregnant and thought she would get away with hiding the bump until filming was over, but her little one has other plans. Penelope will do the close ups but the for the full length shots her sister will stand in.

With talk of a baby boom and a higher than average pregnancy rate, it seems there are plenty of high profile A-listers following the trend with lots of whisperings of celebrity pregnancies.
